Tuesday, July 9, 2019 - Dom Perignon and 3 1999 Red Burgundy (Yan's China Bistro, Walnut Creek, Ca.): Tiny amount of tiny bubbles formed a tiny mousse, nose of apple and butterscotch, same on the palate, medium/big body, chardonnay driven, tasty but tired, nutty oxidized on the palate, rich, and a long finish.
