Saturday, October 15, 2022 - PNP. Deep dark hazy magenta color. Mushroom, caramel, and dark fruit on the nose (better than it sounds). Smooth, dry palate, with great acidity. Firm, full tannins on the long finish.

Much more fruit appeared as this received some air. Drinking beautifully these days. This is one of the greatest bonus tastings I’ve had in recent memory. Addax owner Josh Peeples pulled it out to highlight how great this Cab is with a touch of age.
