Wednesday, March 9, 2022 - Two hour decant. Very deep dark electric ruby color (almost black at its core). Blackberry, spiced plum, pecan, dark chocolate, roast beef, brown sugar, subtle thyme and peppercorn on the rich, sultry nose. Smooth, dry, full bodied palate, with nice, radiating acidity. Firm, full, medium intensity tannins on the longish finish.

Wonderful complexity here. If I was tasting blind, I may have thought this was a Syrah-based blend. Definitely in a maturation phase at the moment.
