Monday, September 24, 2018 - IMW 2018 Champagne - Walk-Around Tasting (Hyatt, San Francisco): RM-grower - reticent nose of green apple, slight graham cracker, slight toast, and slight nori. Expressive midpalate of green apple, lemon, cold pastry dough. Feels 8g dosage but super high+ acid. Very nice integration. I’m sure I’m missing things here.
