Thursday, November 10, 2022 - Flatiron Wine & spirits (San Francisco, Ca.): Nose of lemon, sliced apple, brioche, and floral notes, same on the palate, medium body, tasty, rich fruit, good acid, needs 2 years to peak, 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, forward tasting among its peers tonight, medium/long finish, and a nice aftertaste of honey/sweet fruit, $58. IMO, this Champagne has been a consistent winner championed by Kermit Lynch.
