Apple, lemon, dough, biscuit, chalk, and smoke, with high, fresh acidity, and very good length. Pleasant Aspirin-like bitterness on the finish. The mousse is medium-fine and still a little aggressive. Good concentration. Very young, but very promising. Needs another year at least. 90(+)
