Friday, October 23, 2009 - Bouzy Grand Cru. Very nice. Light yellow color. Light effervescence with medium-large sized bubbles. Tight nutty nose. Lime, nuts, and a chalky minerality on the palate. Definitely leaning slightly towards the sweeter side of Brut. Medium bodied. Medium length finish. Good value.
