If Veuve Cliquot is the equivalent of the perfectly manicured model who looks great every time, then this champagne in my mind is equivalent to the quirky sister who can look stunning but you're never quite sure whether she'll look so great every time! Great biscuity, yeasty nose and rich fruity mouth that is perfectly balanced by the acidity to deliver a luscious finish.
