Sunday, June 1, 2014 - probably one of the best NV champagne cuvee' I had the chanche to drink so far. Pinot noir (80%?) makes the most of it. Pleasantly aromatic with tons of minerality. A classic quasi-blanc des noirs that seduces your taste and at the same time makes it typical if comparedto many others champagne with little carachter. Chapeau
