Friday, January 1, 2016 - From 375 ml bottle, purchased in 2010 so prob disgorged a few years earlier. Apple and pear aromas and flavors with some candied ginger. Pinot character more pronounced on palate with berry hints and rounded textures. Slightly aged, but very good concentration.
