Friday, December 8, 2017 - Disgorged June 2017. Rich nose with sweet apple, brioche and stony notes in the background. On the palate, fine bubbles give lift to the sweet apple and almond notes..a touch of pithy bitterness, and actually seems a touch hot. To me, came off as sweet on the finish. Good aperitif champagne.
