Sunday, December 9, 2018 - Basic bitch champagne (Chicago, IL): Served double blind. Ripe, with some sweet pears on the nose. The fruit is the most prominent feature, and there's a slight hint of sweetness too. Not too complex, this comes across as a little bit thin and angular on the palate too.
