Saturday, February 9, 2019 - Clean, crisp, and textured, this brought toasty oak, pears, apples, orange rinds, crushed rock, and seltzer water. Good weight, balance, and feel, it was good as a mid-afternoon sipper but could pair with foods as well. Drink 2019-2023. Technical score: 92. Enjoyment score: 92.
