Thursday, December 2, 2021 - Return to Piemonte!; 11/25/2021-12/4/2021 (Castello di Sinio, Alba, other various locations): Again a vineyard that I have traditionally liked quite a bit. Since the last time we had this wine it scored 100 points so it seems it is not just me that was taken with it. Some darker red fruits, rose petals, a slightly interesting and elegant style to it. To me it’s a bit on the tight side at the moment and yet there’s just enough that pokes through to keep you intrigued by the wine. Very well done.

12/4/2021 1:23:00 AM - Thanks Sared - it’s def closed down. Would wait to drink. But I think often sweet spot is more like 15-25 years if clean and well stored.
