Thursday, December 30, 2021 - amazing bouquet - deep deep black fruits and just right amount of leather, amazing balance, sweet, tannin, acid, oak, age, dried herbs, poise, some spice - a little like christmas cake, then deeper earthy notes, length for hours - could still taste it at the end of the night
