Saturday, January 27, 2018 - Occasional dinner group; Bordeaux 2000 (@ Merlet): In the bouquet a firm amount of bell pepper, herbs and spices. On the palate juicy bell pepper, good length and not as much complexity and finesse as the previous wine in this tasting. Overall the wine is complex and ready with pleasant acidity and a good bite.
