Saturday, April 14, 2012 - Saturday Afternoon at Ian's (Ian's House - Alexandria, VA): Aromas of onion grass, lavender and jalapeno. Tangy on the palate with real concentration, yet still elegant. Lovely chives, almonds and grass on the palate. Long finish with a steely minerality.
