Friday, November 25, 2022 - Subsequent notes on this wine. Light, pale gold in color with a constant & fine perlage. Full, fragrant, & aromatic nose of ripe fruit aromas of green apples, citrus notes of lemons/limes & pear with overtones of yeasty/brioche & floral notes, some baking spices & minerals notes. Light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of green apples, lemons/limes & pear with yeasty, baking spices & minerals. Long lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present but has the fruit & structure to continue development with a few more years of additional aging. Very good QPR for a domestic sparkler.
