Thursday, October 27, 2022 - WTDS at All Saints (All Saints, Mpls, MN): Pale blood orange color. Drank a glass over an hour. Well this put a smile on our faces. I guess we need to start drinking more Sancerre Rose, or least more Cotat. This was quite beguiling with Meyer lemon, blood orange, flint, light floral notes on the nose. The palate shines with cherry, lemon-lime, creamy a nice texture and flinty minerality. Really a great rose. Loved it; 92+ to 93pts.
