Sunday, October 24, 2021 - Significant melding of previously noted flavors, nicely accompanied by balanced softening of grip. Stemmy black fruit, green tea and peppery. Prefer this as a textbook pork chop or chicken wine, though an initial glass on its own works too. Drink within 2 years.
