PnP. The musty funk on the nose of this is insane. Not in a bad way but I let it sit for a bit longer so the fruit can push its way through. Over a few hours this was a very pretty, delicate PN with all the Willamette features we’ve come to expect. Extremely well made.

Significant melding of previously noted flavors, nicely accompanied by balanced softening of grip. Stemmy black fruit, green tea and peppery. Prefer this as a textbook pork chop or chicken wine, though an initial glass on its own works too. Drink within 2 years.
