Saturday, November 14, 2009 - Full yellow. Low pitched nose of orange oil and wax. Wonderful balance of richness, minerality, acidity without any oxidative notes. Pure, subtle Chenin fruit. Fresher than my recent experiences with the Papillon. Excellent Savennieres.
