Sunday, February 20, 2022 - This is a beautiful young cabernet. Decanted 2 1/2 hrs and could have used more time. The aroma was black fruit and minerals, very pleasant. The wine opened up a bit over the next 2 hours, delicious fruit and firm tannins that lingered long after. I think this will be an even better wine with a few more years in the bottle but hard to resist right now.
