Saturday, February 13, 2021 - Gorgeous wine. Beautiful cool, Mediterranean nose with red and blue fruits, herbs, wet rocks. Medium-full bodied, well-structured and a long finish. Consumed over 4 hours in Zalto Burgundy stems. It needs the air. Not decanted. Drink over the next 5-7 years.
