Thursday, February 23, 2023 - Coravin fun - Piedmont (My place, Kent Street): Hmm, very very slight cork taint here…medium minus intensity aromas of a little chalky minerality, a little cherry and fruit tea, sweet plum. Pronounced acidity chalky drying tannins close the palate down, tiny smidge of fruit beneath this. Fairly monolithic, slight non-intrusive alcohol warmth on the finish. Come back in a millennia.
