Sunday, April 30, 2023 - Bright greenish color. Very classic nose with fine touches of peach, green apples, and a very chalky streak. Medium to full bodied attack, fine tones of citrus and green apples on the mid palate. Very good acidity leads to a bright finish, long aftertaste with lots of chalk. A beautiful, classic Chablis in its prime. Drink now, or keep for 10 years without any problem.
