Saturday, September 11, 2021 - One hour double decant, followed by a one hour slow ox. Very very deep magenta color. Warm blackberry cobbler dominates the nose. Smooth, dry palate. Firm, low intensity tannins on the longish finish. This is a straightforward, easy drinker.
