Wednesday, September 29, 2021 - Menu decant. Very deep magenta color. Black cherry gum drop, cinnamon-infused pomegranate, graphite, and subtle charred incense on the fragrant nose. Smooth and very dry palate. Firm tannins on the medium long finish.

This continued to improve over an hour of drinking. Two hour traditional decant is recommended. Awesome QPR here.
