Saturday, March 4, 2023 - Medium body, bright golden colour. Intense orchard fruits, spices and dried flowers aroma. Creamy peaches, pears and pineapple palate following by mineral, almond finish of good length and gentle acidity. Still fresh, complex, harmonies and balanced. Food friendly, well pairing shrimps. Open half hour ahead. Serve 12ºC - 14ºC. Drink now and the next couple years.
