Monday, August 28, 2023 - Lemon peel, apples, nuts, oak. To begin with the wine seemed rather stringent and not so giving, however, the wine got a lot better with air (30-40 minutes in the glass). To me the wine showed masterful balance between oak, acidity and volume. Entering its drinking window now.
