Saturday, July 17, 2021 - Tasted blind at restaurant Stucki in Basel. The bottle was opened 24h prior, decanted once and again before serving. Lots of smoke notes, a bit of matchstick, pear and citrus, oak and wood, slightly perfumed and sea salt minerality. Slightly creamy, fresh and crisp, on the palate.
