Saturday, July 17, 2021 - Medium-light ruby red in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, plums & strawberries with overtones of earthy/dusty & floral notes, mushrooms, lovely spices, minerals, herbs & a hint of vanilla in the background. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of cherries, strawberries & cranberries with herbs, spices & minerals. Drinks quite well with extended airing but should develop further with additional aging.
