Saturday, July 5, 2014 - A Week in Osoyoos; 7/5/2014-7/11/2014 (Osoyoos, BC): Disgorged July 4, 2007. No formal notes. More oxidative than previous bottles Ive had (older disgorgement date) but in a good way. Drinking like a 1990 vintage Champagne with a richer mouthfeel and solid acidity. Not a ton of bubbles but they are very fine. Soft mousse. Drinking very well. Outstanding.
