Saturday, January 8, 2022 - Drinks very well now
It is a modern burgundy with quite a bit new oaks which clearly shows. Made from a mix of village wine and two de-classified 1er crus - according to my wine dealer.

For a Village level the intensity and length is very good. Mocca and hints of spice is more dominant than the more discreet fruit flavors (black currant and dark cherries).

Can surely be kept longer and develop where one can hope that the wine would “slim up” and show more minerality and fruit. That being said it tastes really well now and is a very well made wine
