Thursday, March 7, 2019 - Some funky sulfur notes on the nose, coupled with tons of soil notes. Gritty and volcanic sensation. Softer palate entry and it remains soft in the mouth. The notes are pretty, with lots of soil and floral notes. Some fresh green leaves present as well as green stems. Pretty damn lean. Tart dial up of intensity on the still lean finish, it's also showing a little bit of bug spray. Will probably age really well with that green streak but not that great to consume right now. Again, incredible tartness right now.
