Red blend from Jura og 1/3 pinot, 1/3 poulsard and 1/3 trousseau. Transparent ruby red. Decanted, some residuals. Warm nose of spice and stone fruit-cherry. Fresh, powerful and concentrated. Warm stone fruit also on the palate. Some spice in a warm finish. Good lenght. Good now but can last 3-5 more years.

Bra årgang. Lyserød i glasset. Har ligget i kjelleren i 4 år. Nydelig aroma av en blanding av bringebær og bjørnebær. Lukter ferskt. Behagelig og rund, fast syre. Gammel frukt som bærer ettersmaken lenge. Passer til svin.

Some funky sulfur notes on the nose, coupled with tons of soil notes. Gritty and volcanic sensation. Softer palate entry and it remains soft in the mouth. The notes are pretty, with lots of soil and floral notes. Some fresh green leaves present as well as green stems. Pretty damn lean. Tart dial up of intensity on the still lean finish, it's also showing a little bit of bug spray. Will probably age really well with that green streak but not that great to consume right now. Again, incredible tartness right now.

Siguiendo el estilo clásico del Jura esta bodega biodinámica hace un ensamblaje varietal para este tinto. Domina la trousseau pero lleva también poulsard y pinot noir. La primera el sa el peso, la segunda la fruta y la tercera a la acidez. Pues bien este tinto non-ouillé tiene un color abierto, una nariz especiada, intensa, con notas de fruta crujiente y algo de maderas finas (sándalo). En boca tiene buen ataque, pasa fluido, casi sin tanino, suave, muy buena acidez, estructura delicada y notable persistencia. Gran finura.
