Tuesday, September 14, 2021 - Chardonnay from Livermore Valley fermented 50% in neutral American oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks. Medium straw hue in the glass with aromas of green apple, butterscotch and citrus peel. Tart acidity on the palate with notes of juicy pear, pineapple, toasted oak and citrus. A little heat on the finish.
