Thursday, April 16, 2009 - Another De-Delicious bottle of Carlisle Zin. This baby is giving more than i expected. Popped and poured. Beautiful dark ruby color. A bit of earth licorice and raspberry on the nose. The palate is alive with zinberry, raspberry, smoke and spice. A touch of pepper. Flavors beautifully integrated with nice complexity, Balanced. Good acidity. There is no reason to wait any longer on this wine as it is an absolute delight right now.
