Tuesday, August 11, 2020 - Honey with just a touch of acidity and glorious sweetness. Straw on the palate and the nose. Apricot, stone fruit but also sweet ammonia (although not unpleasant). Oak throughout although subtle. Enjoyed with a shrimp paella but even better with cheese and crackers for dessert. Not far off some semi-sweet dessert wines although not oppressively a “sweet” white in any respect.
