Thursday, January 18, 2024 - At a restaurant in Dijon. A fleshy wine with raspberry and sour cherry fruit, earthy notes, iodine and a fine layer of spice. A harmonious and complete plate, but with limited mid-palate and minor bitter notes into the finish.
