Tuesday, June 8, 2021 - La Fiorita Winery Tour (Zoom): Pale ruby, with some browning and fading on edges. Aromas of red cherry, mint, moss, dark florals, cocoa, caramel and tar. Tannins generally rounded with still a slight bite, and some alcohol burn, fairly ripe red cherry flavours, and green grass, coffee, nutmeg, and a slight bit of barnyard and tar. A good length and fairly complex. Nice!
