Wednesday, March 31, 2021 - Pop and pour. In the glass, very pale, very clear yellow. On the nose, pear and slightly smoky oak. On the palate, meyer lemon, petrol, honeysuckle, and a faint background note halfway between smoke and cured meat, with mild but resilient tannins on a moderately long finish with a slightly oily texture.
