Saturday, August 19, 2023 - Prince - Cabernets of the world (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Blackcurrant, plum, sweet spice, cedar, very slight chocolate, herbaceous notes. Juicy, fleshy, muted fruit, slightly chalky, woody tannins persist long, slightly too long for the fruit in fact. Touch of cream joins on the finish. Meh.
