Thursday, November 12, 2015 - Crimson in the class with rusty edges. A tingling and intriguing nose of peppermint and menthol. Thinning and somewhat tart on the palate showing drying, maybe souring, red cherry fruit. Tannins are there but are friendly and still provide appropriate structure. Mint chocolate love letters, copper, easygoing rust, and iron notes. All tertiary and very pleasant.
