Friday, June 24, 2016 - Disgorged in fall of 2008) Still youthful in colour with a stream of fine and tiny bubbles and a lovely nose that first opens up with flowers and minerals and after a while turns into more reductive notes showing chocolate. Palate is more intense showing reductive maturity with plums and apples in a very fine and expressive style. This is drinking more lovely than ever before, but still has more to give. Should cellar well for at least another decade.
