Sunday, December 4, 2016 - After Salon, VVF, Churchill, Cristal, Comtes, Clos des Goisses another 1999.
Like all the other 99 in good shape. Reached his Peak for me. Not suitable for Long aging but nowadays very pleasant. Citrus, nuts, Brioche, great fine bubbles, Long clean finish, minimal oxidation signs, drinkable over the next 3-5 years
