Monday, January 11, 2016 - Another delightful bottle. While this bottle shared a lot with the previous bottle (garrigue, earth, mineral flavors) this one seemed to have quite a bit more: an intense lush dark fruit on the attack, and this one had some anise throughout also. It took about half an hour to open up but then kept getting better. Did not throw any sediment to speak of.
