Monday, February 13, 2017 - Cherry core with a hint of bricking on the edge. Cherry note on the nose with secondary development very obvious, leather and spice with a nice wild garrique note. On the palate it is rich (but not fat or flabby) I'm drinking it ever so slightly chilled (proper cellar temperature) Lovely wine, at a perfect crossover between fading fruit and secondary development. This note is based on the second half of a bottle (decanted into 375ml). I have stored this wine in my house so may be more evolved because of that.
