Friday, August 25, 2023 - PnP then drunk over two evenings, during which it showed different faces, depending on temperature, food etc., which speaks for its quality. Classic and subtle Mosel nose, but after more time in the glass could show an intense fruit sweetness. On the palate it was subtly sweet, with an intense mineral core and a long finish, which sometimes was clearly on citrus fruit/lemon sorbet. With cheese it was singing.
