Thursday, December 1, 2022 - Transparent gold-to-amber color. Hazelnuts, cocoa, and varnish on the nose. Medium body with medium acid. Initially a bit reserved on the palate but opened up with some air offer caramel, hazelnuts, and grand marnier-like orange peel. Improved with every sip; one of my favorite whites of 2022. Paired with fettucine alfredo with freshly shaved white truffle.
